Initial Discussion
We start by learning about your brand and your needs through email/Whatsapp/Wechat. This helps us understand your vision and the type of women’s wear you want to create. This step is crucial for aligning expectations and setting a foundation for effective collaboration.
We are a women’s clothing manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We specialize in handling various styles made with a range of woven fabrics.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimums start at 60 per units per style, which can be split across four sizes in any size ratio you choose. However, we understand that some styles may require smaller quantities, which we can accommodate based on your needs. If your order is below the standard MOQ, please contact us for further discussion.
Design and Tech Packs
With a Tech Pack: If you already have a detailed tech pack, we can start sampling right away.
Without a Tech Pack: We will discuss your designs to compile all necessary details before moving forward.
Fabric Sourcing
As a full-service Chinese factory specializing in custom clothing, we offer fabric sourcing services. We find and send fabric swatches for your selection. For larger orders, we offer custom fabric development with options such as embroidery, flocking, printing, and more. We can also dye fabric to your desired color. We provide lab dips or strike-offs for your approval and then move on.
Sampling
Once fabric and details are confirmed, we move on to creating samples. We work closely with your designer throughout the development process, ensuring all details are confirmed and adjustments are made as needed. Photos of samples on mannequins will be shared for review, and adjustments can be made as needed. If necessary, we can arrange second samples with your fitting comments.
Sampling Lead Time:
The lead time varies based on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. If the fabric needs to be developed or if hand-sewn embellishments are required, it may take longer. For complex designs, we may create a mock-up sample first.
For your reference, we can finish approximately 60 new styles in around 15-20 days after receiving new sample request from our client.
Label and Trim Development
We can help develop and order labels in line with your brands here. You can send us the labeling design/artwork, we then source suitable supplier to develop for your approval and then order in bulk.
Production
When receiving your official purchase order, we move on to bulk production. If you need Pre-Production sample before go in bulk, we can arrange.
Production Lead Time:
The lead time for production typically ranges from 22 to 30 days, depending on the specifics of your order. We confirm the delivery date once we receive your order.
Sometimes, If certain fabrics are out of stock, we act quickly to source alternative options. We always provide you with solution options to avoid any delays.
Production Update
We understand the importance of staying informed during production. Our team provides regular production updates, keeping you informed of progress and any potential changes in real-time. Our proactive communication ensures any potential issues or delays are addressed promptly.
Quality Control
Quality is our priority. We inspect bulk fabric before cutting, and our experienced workers proactively report any issues during production. Final quality checks are conducted, and third-party inspections are welcome.
