Sample Development
With a professional sampling team, we can handle complicated styles with complex fabrication. We can sample on designs with/ without original blocks. Please just provide pictures/ tech pack.
Fabric Sourcing
There is a huge fabric market nearby, called Zhongda Fabric Market. We can help on fabric sourcing and fabric development, such as printing, embellishment and embroidery.

How We Work With Our Clients
1st
New Sample Development Request
1-1. Customers send us tech packs for new collection.
1-2. Do English to Chinese translation and pass to sampling team for making patterns.
1-3. Meanwhile, we order fabric as well. If necessary, we do fabric sourcing first.
1-4. Fabric development if necessary. For instance, some customers prefer to develop their own print.
1-5. Once fabric arrive, we start to make prototype samples.
1-6. Samples Lead Time: It depends on the styles quantity and fabric status. For example, we can finish 40+ styles in around 18 days including printing and dyeing on fabric…
2nd
Fit Comments and Re-Sample
2-1. Customers send back fit comments after they received the samples.
2-2. We revise the patterns accordingly and re submit samples if requested.
3rd
Production
3-1. Customers place orders.
3-2. We check fabric availability and get back to customers regarding delivery dates.
3-3. Quality check on bulk fabric.
3-4. Process production accordingly.
3-5. Report to customers immediately if any issues.
3-6. Get approved by customers before we move forward.
3-7. Inline and offline quality control.
3-8. Packaging based on customers' request
3-9. Prepare shipment
3-10. Production Lead Time: Normally, it would be around 18-25 days. But it varies due to the material availability. We always keep clients updated on the production.
